  1. To be fair to you as an associate and an organization as a whole, we have adopted a performance-based remuneration model. This model enables you to grow and establish your business on stable grounds while allowing brokerage to keep the operations running smoothly.
  2. We have a graduation process that enables you to learn and earn at the same time under the direct supervision of a Team lead as a brand-new mortgage agent.
  3. Your remuneration enhances as you learn and acquire the required skill sets to work on loan files while being compliant.
  4. Simply put, the more you fund, the more you earn.
  5. If you are looking for employment opportunities and /or job offers that provide a set amount of pay cheques, we are not a good fit for each other.

  1. The website has been online since 2011 or so. We have a fair amount of geo-targeted internet presence including social media portals like FB, LinkedIn, Google Business, Instagram to name some of them.

  1. In our humble opinion, our brokerage fee is the most comprehensive of all that is available out there. In an attempt to serve our team better we have opted in for a highly customizable brokerage fee model. It depends on what you like to accomplish and what makes you produce more business volume.
  2. Brokerage fee of anyone who joins our team includes  error and omission premiums, MPC membership, industries most advanced CRM system that does way more than sending out emails. Your brokerage fee also includes your subscription to your next to none, accurate and reliable smartphone mortgage calculator and so much more.
  3. If you are in line with what you read and like to join our team, you are encouraged to get in touch with us to, evaluate how well we will perform together, as a team.

Agents Page - MAIN MENU 6We don’t believe in crash courses where you are given a plethora of information in a single sitting with the least amount of interaction. We find these trainings to be futile especially for newer agents who, may or may not have grasped the Canadian concept of real estate transactions and associated loans.

  • Everyone who join our team is required to go through our uniquely designed  training program.   It constitutes group of learning activities that includes self-study, interactive exercises, assignments, and periodic quizzes.
  • For effective training, we have divided the comprehensive training into 5-6 sections. You are expected to graduate before you can jump onto the next section.
  • This ensures the agent has actually understood and internalized the principles well. All new agents love it because it helps them integrate fragmented pieces of information into a meaningful and useable knowledge for ever.
  • Our unique interactive training model demands trainees to go through the readings at their own pace to appreciate and internalize the content.
  • While we love working with new agents, we are not a school. We are a business.
  • Our intent is to work with those who are motivated to learn, become self-sufficient, and most importantly ready to implement the learnings in a meaningful way to generate business.
  • It reminds me of this English idiom: "You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink”!

  1. Every brand new agent has this question and many times becomes a reason of major dissatisfaction.
  2. To alleviate the potential,  any new agent who join our team is assigned a mentor from beginning for no extra cost ($).
  3. Mostly every newer agent who is serious about his/her business needs support where they are handheld and guided to take a loan file to the finish line.
  4. Since we are a boutique-style Mortgage brokerage, you will be mentored and trained by the principal broker himself.
  5. Because of vested interest in your success, your mentor is willing to be on call for you especially when you are going out meeting potential leads right after graduating from your training program.
  6. This is how we distinguish ourselves. Not every brokerage does that, I promise.
  7. To have effective and successful training, we strongly believe in a smaller group of agents who are willing to learn and establish their business.
  8. With this being said, you are encouraged to take your time to meet and talk to the person who is going to guide you and prepare you to take off for success.

If you are a brand-new agent, the answer to your question is Not soon.

We understand there are brokerages that may pay you 100% of your commissions but be aware you are charged higher administrative costs, separate error and omissions insurance premiums, and much more.

Please be aware that a 100% commission split may not come with much-needed support to package a loan file and get it across the finish line i.e. to get it funded.

If you are an efficient and compliant high-volume producer, and have mastered the art of mortgaging, you are invited to discuss it further with us.

Always be aware, you still make zero dollars commission with a 100% split, when your loan files don't get funded.

Given the state of the present mortgage market, lately, E and O premiums have skyrocketed. Insurance companies are being very prudent in terms of whom to cover and for how much.

It is becoming extremely expensive to have your own E & O policy as a mortgage agent/ broker. When you join our team as a mortgage agent/broker you don’t have to get your own error and omission insurance policy.

Being part of the DLCG ( Dominion Lending Canada Group), we enjoy nominal E & O premiums.

E & O Insurance premium is included in every package type of brokerage fee. We got you covered.

You do not need your own E & O policy.

  • The immediate answer to this close-ended question is “MAYBE”.
  • Before elaborating, I like to share this old-school Italian proverb; give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for his lifetime.
  • As an independent licensed mortgage agent broker, you are expected to generate your own leads and work with them.
  • You have full support in identifying and establishing strategic and tactical positioning of your business niches, so that you can establish yourself.
  • We strongly believe this approach enables our team members to generate a constant flow of workable leads. Isn’t this what you want?
  • During training as a new agent, we have other unique and interesting ways to get acquainted with the steps and processes required to take a loan file from beginning till end.
  • All we want is your urge to learn and implement the strategies.

Agents Page - MAIN MENU 14In principal, you are required to attend meetings, Laugh and learn training sessions and review sessions. These meetings are scheduled in well advance.

During COVID 19 there were no in person meetings. 

We believe In person meetings, are way more than data transfers from person to person. Its better for us, as humans and our over all collective, well being.
